Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident in the W3000 block of Old County Road PP last week.

The SFPD is investigating two cases of fraud in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

SFPD officers mediated a child custody dispute in the 300 block of Buffalo Street.

***

Officers with the SFPD were called to investigate a disturbance in the 900 block of Broadway Street.

The investigating officers ruled the reported disturbance to be unfounded.

The SFPD is investigating a theft from a coin machine in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

The SFPD has received reports of thefts from unlocked vehicles in the 300 block of Leavens Avenue, the 100 block of Fourth Street and the 500-600 block of Western Avenue.

An investigation is ongoing.

The SFPD is investigating a reported burglary in two storage units in the 200 block of Range Line Road.

The SFPD issued warnings to all involved in a disturbance in the 100 block of Monroe Street.

Officers with the SFPD were called to assist with a disturbance in the 1400 block of Woodland Road in Kohler.

Ryan Douglas, 24 of Sheboygan Falls was charged with two counts of felony forgery and two counts of misdemeanor theft in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Wednesday, April 30.

The two Class H felony counts each carry fines of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The two Class A misdemeanor theft charges each carry fines of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Department responded to the following emergency calls April 27 through May 5.

• 300 block of Mill Street

• 900 block of Broadway Street

• 400 block of White Birch

• 100 block of Hamann Drive

• 800 block of Monroe Street

• 1000 block of Acacia

• 100 block of Evans Court

The Sheboygan Falls Fire Department responded to the following emergency calls April 27 through May 5.

• 500 block of Water Street for an activated alarm with no fire.

• 800 block of South Cypress for a report of smoke coming from a residence, which proved to be unfounded.
