Gahagan-Holtz


Red Willow Photographie Red Willow Photographie Amanda Gahagan and Larry Holtz exchanged marriage vows Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at St. Blessed Trinity Parish, Sheboygan Falls. The Rev. Robert Lotz performed the 1 p.m. double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Diana Allen of Sheboygan Falls and the late Anthony Gahagan of Cascade, and stepdaughter of Mike Born of Plymouth. She was presented in marriage by her stepfather, to the son of Elizabeth Holtz and the late Thomas Holtz of Sheboygan Falls.

Mary Sprengel, friend of the bride, of Sheboygan served as matron of honor. Attendants were Stacy Fritz, friend of bride, of Chatfield, Minn.; Megan Lubach, friend of couple, of Adell; and Wendy McKnight and Jennifer Velier, both of Plymouth and friends of couple. Flower girls were Emily Sprengel, goddaughter of bride and Skye Holtz, niece of groom, both of Sheboygan.

Joshua Gierach, friend of the groom, of Sheboygan Falls served as best man. Attendants were John Holtz, brother of groom, of Sheboygan; Brian Williams, friend of couple, of Ada; Michael Born, brother of bride, of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and John Arpke, friend of couple, of School Hill.

Ushering duties were shared by Will Holtz of Berkeley, Calif., and Jim Holtz of Milwaukee.

The reception and dinner were held at Millhome Supper Club, Kiel.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Plymouth High School; and 2002 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College, Cleveland. She is employed by Orange Cross Ambulance, Sheboygan, as a critical care paramedic.

Her husband is a 1994 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School. He is employed by Pomp’s Tire Service, Sheboygan, as a road service tire technician.

The honeymoon trip was a cruise to the Bahamas.

The couple reside at Sheboygan Falls.
