Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department took part in a check welfare investigation in the 200 block of Leavens Avenue last week.

SFPD officers responded to a reported domestic violence disturbance in the 200 block of Range Line Road.

Following an investigation of the incident, charges of disorderly conduct-domestic violence related, criminal trespass to dwelling and criminal damage to property are pending.

The SFPD is currently investigating a report of damage to property in the 200 block of Shelly Drive.

The SFPD assisted the Chicago Police Department in obtaining information for an investigation in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An officer with the SFPD were called to a residence in the 800 block of Acacia to serve as a peace officer.

The SFPD is currently conducting a fraud investigation in the 500 block of Forest Boulevard.

The SFPD assisted the Plymouth Police Department with taking an adult male into custody in the 100 block of River Hills Drive.

The SFPD is conducting a hitand run investigation in the 1000 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

SFPD officers were called to a residence in the 100 block of York Street for an active disturbance.

Following an investigation, an adult male was arrested and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention center on felony charges of intimidating a victim, misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct-domestic violence related, carrying a concealed weapon, recklessly endangering safety, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiondaye N. Turner, 23, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor battery-domestic abuse Thursday, May 29, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class H felony bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor battery domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

Joshua C. Hart, 21, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct Wednesday, May 28, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class H felony bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.
