Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers issued a 27-year-old man citations for hit-and-run with an unattended vehicle, failure to notify police of an accident and inattentive driving for a previously reported hit-and-run accident that occurred in the 600 block of Pine Street on March 22.

SFPD officers are investigating a reckless driving incident, which occurred n the 800 block of Acacia and the 600 block of Forest Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD assisted a city resident with a tree on wires in the 600 block of Mark Avenue.

The SFPD is investigating a theft in the 1000 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

***

An adult female was issued a citation for inattentive driving, following a two-car accident the intersection of Popular Street and Fond Du Lac Avenue.

The SFPD is investigating two separate reports of child abuse in the city.

Officers with the SFPD were called to assist the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a car vs. cow accident on State 28.

The SFPD was called to assist the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with locating and stopping a reported erratic driver on State 28.

***

SFPD officers responded to a report of coyotes in the area of the 900 block of Broadway Street making residents feel uneasy.

The matter was referred to the Wisconsin DNR.

Officers with the SFPD were called to investigate a report of someone tapping on a glass window during hours of darkness in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

Officers were unable to locate the responsible individual.

SFPD officers were called to assist the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with an investigation in the 400 block of Washington Street.

SFPD officers were called to escort several area law enforcement agency runners and bicyclists, who were participating in the Torch Run for Special Olympics.

An adult male was warned for disorderly conduct, following a reported disturbance in the 100 block Greenview Court.

An adult male was issued a citation for failure to register an animal. A 57-year-old male was also arrested on charge of disorderly conduct on Shelly Drive.

Two adult males were warned for disorderly conduct, after the SFPD received a reported of a disturbance and an individual intentionally obstructing traffic in the 100 block of School Street.

An adult female was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct following a reported disturbance in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

The SFPD is investigating a criminal damager to property complaint in the W2000 block of Old County Road PP.

The victim reported four tires punctured on his vehicle.

A citizen reported hearing the sound of a gunshot in the 600 block of Hickory Street.

Officers investigated and determined the complaint to be unfounded.

The SFPD investigated a harassment incident in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

The issue was resolved without an arrest.

An adult male was issued a citation for inattentive driving, following a two-car accident at the intersection of Broadway and Monroe streets.

The SFPD is presently conducting a hit-and-run investigation regarding an accident at the corner of Broadway and Maple streets.

SFPD officers conducted a check welfare incident investigation on Killdeer Court.

Two adults were warned for being in Rochester Park after dark.

Officers with the SFPD restored peace with law enforcement action, following a noise disturbance in the 200 block of Leavens Avenue.

The SFPD is investigating a theft in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

The SFPD and the Sheboygan Falls Fire Department assisted a child who was stuck in a swing at Rochester Park.

A 46-year-old man was arrested on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and battery in the 400 block of Adams Street.

A 57-year-old man was also taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on a felony charge of strangulation and misdemeanor charges of substantial battery.

The SFPD assisted the Sheboygan County Department of Social Services with taking male juvenile into custody in the 100 block of Redtail Drive and transporting him to the Sheboygan County Juvenile Detention Center.

A 25 year old man was issued a citation for passing in a no passing zone resulting in a two-car accident in the 500 block of Leavens Avenue.

A 65 year old man was arrested and taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of fourth offense operating while intoxicated.

The SFPD conducting three separate issuance of worthless check investigations in the 1000 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

The SFPD responded to a reported disturbance in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

Peace was restored without law enforcement action.

The SFPD and the SFFD assisted with a report of a dog stuck on a roof of a dwelling in the 300 block of Broadway Street.

The SFFD safely removed the dog without incident

The SFPD was called to assist the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a burglary investigation in the 100 block of North Main Street.

The SFPD assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a domestic violence incident on State 32.

Peter J. Beltran, 40 of Sheboygan Falls was charged with three counts of misdemeanor contempt of court-disobey order in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, June 2.

The three misdemeanor contempt of court-disobey order charges each carry a fine of not more than $5,000, or imprisonment of not more than one year, or both, if convicted.

Jacob R. Hart, 24, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, felony possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, misdemeanor intimidation of a victim, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Tuesday, June 3.

The charges stem from a domestic disturbance in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Saturday, May 31.

The Class G felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety charge carries a fine of not more than $25,000, imprisonment of not more than 10 years, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony possession of narcotic drugs charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, maximum three years and six months in prison, or both, if convicted.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor intimidation of a victim-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.
