Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers are investigating fraud case in the 400 block of River Oaks Drive.

SFPD officers responded to a report of trespassing in the 300 block of Spring Street.

The situation was resolved with no incident.

All involved parties were warned for disorderly conduct, following a disturbance in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

A 44-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic violence, battery, criminal damage to property and physical abuse of child in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

SFPD officers conducted a search warrant in the 500 block of Sunset Maple.

After the search, the case was referred to another law enforcement agency.

An individual was warned for disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Chicago Street.

SFPD officers are investigating a harassment case in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

The SFPD is investigating a case of theft in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Officers with the SFPD are investigating a fraud case in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

The SFPD is investigating a theft case in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Individuals were warned after SFPD officers investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

Blaine J. Steinhaus, 31, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony physical abuse of a child and misdemeanor criminal damage to property, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Wednesday, June 11.

The Class H felony physical abuse of a child charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor battery charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

Tristan T. Preder, 18, of Waldo was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.
