The bride is the daughter of Jody and Gloria Ackerman of Kaukauna. She was presented in marriage by her father, Jody, to the son of Mary Pohlman of Fond du Lac and Don and Cheryle Pohlman of Plymouth.

Music for the nuptials was provided by organist Ellen Sheibe and vocalist Julie Huss.

Alicia McCann, friend of the bride, of Kaukauna served as matron of honor. Attendants were Keri Pomeroy, cousin of bride, of Greenfield; Kayla McCann, friend of bride, of Appleton; and Jennifer Purdy of Milwaukee, Melissa Anderson of Milwaukee and Hayley Ackerman of Neenah, all cousins of bride. Flower girl was Brooklyn Pomeroy of Greenfield.

Eric Rosploch, friend of the groom, of Stoughton served as best man. Attendants were Ben Ackerman, brother of bride, of Georgetown, Texas, and Kaukauna; Aaron Rank of Pewaukee, Matt Anderson of Germantown and Nick Gundrum of Plymouth, all friends of groom; and Alex Marks, step-nephew of groom, of Sheboygan.

Ushering duties were shared by Sarah Scheiber of Howards Grove, Megan Pomeroy of Pardeeville, and Margie Scheiber of Appleton.

The reception and dinner were held at The District, Green Bay.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Kaukauna High School, and 2007 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. She is employed by Integrys Energy, Green Bay, as a software programmer.

Her husband is a 2003 graduate of Plymouth Comprehensive High School, a 2008 graduate of UW-Green Bay with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, and 2012 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Masters of Science in mathematics – education. He is employed by Humana, De Pere, as an IT applications developer.

A honeymoon trip was taken to Sandals Negril, Jamaica.

The couple reside at their home in Kaukauna.
