PLYMOUTH — The weather’s cooperation, and track workers’ determination provided Plymouth Dirt Track Racing drivers and fans a tacky, smooth and fast track with multiple grooves for optimum racing Saturday night.

Active and retired area firefighters were acknowledged with free admission for them and a short ceremony during the national anthem.

Tim Buhler (Glenbeulah) earned his second Late Model feature win of the season, followed in order by point leader Mitch McGrath (Waukesha), Kyle Odekirk (Plymouth), Jim Letizia (Milwaukee) and Russ Scheffler (Waukesha).

Brody Rivest of Sheboygan won the Outlaw Compact main event. Scott Schlafke (Cleveland) captured second, followed by Chris Maas (Oakfield), Justin Erickson (Plymouth) and Cody Pankow (Lomira), respectively.

Donny Goeden, Kewaskum, won his fourth Sprint Car feature of the year. Danny Schlafer (Sussex) was second, followed in order by Brandon McMullen (Plymouth), Josh Walter (Plymouth) and Doug Wondra (Oakfield).

Roger Lee of Windlake crossed the checkers first, with Dan Sorce (Franklin) second, followed by Don Sorce Jr. (West Allis), Mark Fieber (Plymouth) and Aaron Stolp (Milwaukee), respectively.

The Spectator Eliminators was made up of eight drivers with single elimination as the last attraction for the evening, with the winner Bill Singer of Random Lake.
