Fun in the sun in Cascade

The Cascade Fire Department wrapped up their three-day annual Firemans Picnic in Memorial Park Sunday with fun and games for all ages. There was music for all tastes, rides, games and lots of food and drinks. Sunday’s highlights included the pedal tractor pull for children (cover and below), followed by the garden tractor pull. Friday night’s highlights included a Fish Boil and a kiddie parade, while Saturday saw Water Fights with area departments. Next year’s picnic will be a big event as the department plans to celebrate its 100th anniversary with the picnic, a huge parade and much more.
