Officers with the SFPD are investigating a reckless driving complaint in the 700 block of Wilson Avenue.

An adult female was issued a warning for dog at large-failure to control animal in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

SFPD officers investigated a damage to vehicle complaint at the corner of Bluebird Lance and Wilson Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with a fraud investigation in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult female received a warning for dog at large-failure to control an animal at the corner of Buffalo Street and Monroe Street.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a suspicious person complaint in the 100 block of Redtail Drive. The person was homeless and arrangements were made for shelter.

SFPD officers responded to a disturbance and mediated a dispute in the 500 block of Pine Street.

An adult male received a warning for disorderly conduct.

Officers with the SFPD assisted a motorist with a locating an overdue motorist in the 100 block of Rochester Drive.

The motorist was located.

Andrew P. Hoey, 18, of Sheboygan was charged with felony robbery with use of force, felony substantial battery, felony theft from person, misdemeanor battery and eight counts of misdemeanor bail jumping Thursday, Aug. 21, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The charges stem from an incident in the city of Sheboygan Falls on Saturday, Aug. 9.

The Class E felony robbery with use of force charge carries a fine of not more than $50,000, imprisonment of not more than 15 years, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony substantial battery charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class G felony theft from person charge carries a fine of not more than $25,000, imprisonment of not more than 10 years, or both, if convicted.

Lamonte T. Murray of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony robbery with use of force in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Aug. 19.

The charges stem from a reported robbery on July 12 in the city of Sheboygan.

The Class E felony robbery with use of force charges carry a fine of not more than $50,000, or imprisonment of not more than 15 years, or both, if convicted.

Bobby T. Hemphill, 54, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor battery charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months
