This is a time when dairy youth exhibitors at the fair are recognized for their hard work and accomplishments.

This event is a recognition program and auction sponsored by the Sheboygan County Dairy Committee.

The purpose is to recognize the accomplishments of outstanding 4-H and FFA dairy youth in Sheboygan County while generating financial support in the areas of dairy youth education (workshops, seminars, conferences, tours), scholarships, dairy judging, quiz bowl teams and Junior Dairy State Fair participation.

Sale provisions up to seven lots, symbolizing the hard-work and accomplishments of Sheboygan County 4-H and FFA dairy youth, are sold to the highest bidder.

Bids are accepted by ring men or the auctioneer. Accounts were to be settled with the sales clerk immediately after the sale.

Proceeds for the seven main youth lots were split with 60 percent going to the dairy exhibitor youth exhibitor to further his/her educational or agricultural pursuits and 40 percent going to the county’s Dairy Youth Education and Recognition Fund to support educational opportunities for all 4-H and FFA dairy youth in Sheboygan County.
