Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers referred a juvenile female to juvenile authorities for resisting arrest and a curfew violation at the corner of Giddings Avenue and School Street last week.

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office with an injury motorcycle crash on County EE.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Kohler Police Department with a motor vehicle crash on State 28.

***

The SFPD conducted a theft investigation at a residence in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

***

A 27-year-old man was arrested and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on a misdemeanor charge of theft of Schedule 3 narcotics and possession of Schedule 3 narcotics in the 1000 block of Broadway Street.

Officers with the SFPD assisted a parent with an out-of-control child, who was counseled and released, in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

SFPD officers mediated a landlord-tenant dispute in the 200 block of Leavens Avenue.

A 15-year-old girl was arrested and referred to juvenile authorities on charges of disorderly conduct, following a disturbance in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult male was warned for disorderly conduct and released after refusing to pay cab fare in the 100 block of Broadway Street.

The SFPD is investigating a two-car, hit-and-run head-on accident that resulted in injuries in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

The SFPD is investigating a motor vehicle accident in the 700 block of Pine Street.

***

An adult female was warned for disorderly conduct following a disturbance in the 100 block of Redtail Drive.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor theft, which allegedly took place in early September in the 500 block of Giddings Avenue and the 1000 block of Pine Haven Lane.

A 34-year-old man was issued a traffic citation for illegally passing a school bus with stop arm extended and lights flashing at the intersection of County C and Meadowlark Road.

The SFPS assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a motor vehicle rollover accident at the corner of County C and Sunset Road.

The SFPD carried out a check welfare investigation in the 500 block of Forest Boulevard.

The SFPD assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with a theft investigation in the 400 block of Jackson Street.

The SFPD provided peace officer assistance in the 800 block of Cypress.

SFPD officers mediated a landlord-tenant dispute in the 300 block of Broadway Street.

An adult male received a warning for permitting an animal to run at large in the 300 block of Monroe Street.

The SFPD assisted the Sheboygan Police Department in attempting to locate an individual wanted for violating a felony bail bond in the 100 bloc of Boland Parkway.

The SFPD is currently conducting a fraud investigation in the 100 block of Concord Drive.

The SFPD is conducted a theft investigation in the 1000 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD conducted a search warrant for controlled substances in the 500 block of Forest Boulevard.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are expected.

Two adult females received warnings for disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue last week.

The SFPD investigated an motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles with injuries at the corner of State 28 and Broadway Street.

A 58-year-old man was transported by ambulance to Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center for minor injuries.

A 70-year-old woman was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

Kylee D. Violetta, 25, of Waldo was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Wednesday, Sept. 17.

The charge stems from a disturbance at a residence in the W5000 block of County F in the town of Lyndon on Tuesday, Sept. 16.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Department responded to the following emergency calls Sept. 15 through Sept. 22.
