Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department took a 24-year-old man into custody on a probation violation stemming from a search warrant in the 500 block of Forest Boulevard on Sept. 18.

The man received felony and misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of prescription drugs and possession of a scheduled drug.

An adult male was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant in the 600 block of Monroe Street.

SFPD officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Sunset Maple for an active disturbance.

A male juvenile was referred to juvenile authorities for charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested and taken into custody for her involvement in an injury hit-and-run accident, which took place on Sept. 21.

During the incident, the female crossed over the centerline in the 200 block of Poplar Street and struck a northbound vehicle head on.

The female fled the area on foot. She was issued misdemeanor charge of hit-and-run causing injury, ordinance arrests for inattentive driving and failure to notify police of an accident.

Officers with the SFPD responded to the 600 block of Monroe Street for a reported disturbance.

A 26-year-old man was issued an ordinance citation for loud and unnecessary noise.

A female juvenile was referred to juvenile authorities for a truancy violation in the 400 block of Giddings Avenue.

An adult female was warned for harassment in the 500 block of Pine Street.

SFPD officers investigated a trespassing complaint in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

The SFPD is presently conducting a sexual assault investigation in the city.

Charges are expected to be issued.

SFPD officers arrested a 25-year-old woman on a misdemeanor theft charge in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult male was issued an ordinance citation for failing to stop for a crossing guard in the 300 block of Giddings Avenue.

SFPD officers responded to a check welfare investigation, which led to the arrest of a 43-year-old man for violation of a court-ordered bail bond.

Officers with the SFPD responded to a report of reckless driving in the 1000 block of Monroe

Street.

The area was checked and officers were not able to locate the responsible party.
