Police Report

Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers assisted in apprehending a man charged in a Chicago homicide at a residence in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue Monday, Oct. 6.

SFPD aided the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force and Sheboygan Police Department in arresting Keith Martin, 47, who is charged in Chicago with homicide and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Martin is accused of shooting and killing a 27-year-old man after getting into an argument with his mother on July 12. Martin Allegedly left but later came back with a gun and shot both. The victim’s mother was wounded in the chest but survived.

After learning that Martin was hiding out at an apartment complex on Amherst Avenue in Sheboygan Falls, U.S. Marshals and local police officers arrested him without incident on Monday. Martin was awaiting extradition to Chicago.

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a suspicious incident in the 100 block of Chippewa Drive.

SFPD officers responded to an active disturbance in the 500 block of Leavens Avenue.

A 34-year-old man was arrested and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of domestic violence related battery and disorderly conduct.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a two-car head-on motor vehicle crash at the corner of on North Main Street at Hamann Drive.

During the incident, two passengers fled the scene on foot. A 17-year-boy was arrested and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a non scheduled controlled substance.

He was also issued traffic citations for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating left of center and inattentive driving.

One of the individuals that fled the scene was later located and taken into custody for resisting arrest and obstructing an officer.

SFPD officers responded to reports of a highly intoxicated male in the 200 block of Amherst Avenue.

A 43-year-old man was arrested after becoming uncooperative. He was transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and a probation violation.

Officers with the SFPD responded to an active disturbance in the 1000 block of Falls Parc Drive.

A 21-year-old woman was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of domestic violence related battery and disorderly conduct.

SFPD officers responded to an active disturbance in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

Two adult females were warned for disorderly conduct.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a two-car injury accident on State 32 at Happy Lane.

A 16-year-old girl was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign.

An SFPD officer served as a peace officer during a property exchange in the 200 block of Shelly Drive.

The SFPD investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of Hickory Street.

SFPD officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the area of the 200 block of North Main Street.

The SFPD is investigating a two-car motor vehicle accident in at the corner of Happy Lane and North Main Street.

The SFPD is conducting a harassment investigation in the 1500 block of Falcon Way.

SFPD officers assisted the Kohler Police Department with a rollover accident on Riverside Drive in Kohler.

Two adult females received disorderly conduct ordinance citations, following a disturbance in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

Bryan P. Fleming, 19, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Friday, Sept. 24.

The charge stems from an incident that allegedly took place at a residence in the 500 block of Pine Street in the city of Sheboygan Falls on July 30.

The Class C felony sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age charge carries a fine of not more than $100,000, or imprisonment of not more than 40 years, or both, if convicted.

Jacob A. Malueg, 24, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of THC (marijuana), misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance Friday, Sept. 24, in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class I felony possession of THC (marijuana) charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance charges each carry fines of not more than $500 or imprisonment of not more than 30 years, or both, if convicted.

Scott Vollbrecht, 31, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony bail jumping last week in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The Class H felony bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.
