He is a strong athlete on the field and uses his quickness and ball skills to beat opponents.

“Lucas [a team captain] rarely comes out of games and is counted on to communicate and lead the defense,” said Fischer.

“Sometimes, he makes runs into the midfield – creating some mismatches that work in our favor. He is very athletic and fast.

“Devin is a very talented athlete with the ball. He was our goto guy for direct kicks and corner kicks. His athleticism and determination are what allowed him to score 13 goals and have seven assists,” observed the coach.

“Dakota is a very strong athlete. He works hard to be his best and has high expectations for himself and his team.

“He can play any position on the field and scored 11 goals and had eight assists. He is a vocal leader and very passionate about the game of soccer,” Fischer pointed out.

Voss made 118 saves on the season.

“Hunter has been a longtime keeper who continues to develop. He continues to grow as a keeper and is very vocal. He works well with the defense and is always looking to improve his skills,” Fischer noted.

The other first-team repeaters are senior Ben Madigan of Kohler, a defender/midfielder, and senior Lukas Meerdink of Oostburg, a defender/midfielder.

The other unanimous firstteam selections include Madigan; Meerdink; junior midfielder Noah Henrikse and senior defender Thad Coulis of Sheboygan Christian/ Lutheran; senior midfielder Logan Martin and junior goalie Evan DeBroux, Random Lake; and sophomore defender/forward Chris TenPas of Oostburg.
