Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers investigated suspicious activity in the 400 block of Madison Street last week.

Individuals were warned for illegal dumping in the 700 block of Hickory Street.

The SFPD investigated a report of fraud in the 1000 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

The situation was resolved.

An individual received a warning for harassment in the 500 block of Meadow Lane.

SFPD officers issued a warning to an individual for trespassing in the 300 block of Mill Street.

A male juvenile was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver and possession of schedule IV narcotics.

A 60-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic related, following a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Sunset Maple.

The SFPD is investigating a theft in the 100 block of Poplar Street.

Officers with the SPFD are investigating suspicious activity in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

Benjamin M. Kassens, 35, of Waldo was charged with felony first-degree recklessly endangering safety-domestic abuse, misdemeanor possession of a firearm while intoxicated and misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Nov. 17.

The charges stem from an incident at a residence in the village of Waldo in the early morning hours of Nov. 16, during which a Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department deputy observed Kassens allegedly pointing a rifle into the house and in the direction of his wife.

The Class I felony first-degree recklessly endangering safety-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $25,00, imprisonment of not more than 12 years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor possession of a firearm while intoxicated charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.
