With the loss, Falls dropped to 1-2 overall, while Chilton improved to 2-1 overall.

The Falcons trailed 27-22 at halftime. However, the Falls offense was jump-started by Raeder in the second half, as the Falcons tied the game at 40-40 to send it to overtime.

“We didn’t play well enough to win this game,” said Falcons’ head coach Leroy Hamilton. “We didn’t execute well and we’re not quite where we need to be on the court.”

Hamilton stated that Raeder carried the team. However, he added that once teams start to stop her, someone else needs to step up.

“This whole team needs to improve or we won’t be in too many games in conference play,” Hamilton commented.

Sami Casper led the Tigers with 12 points.
