James A. Buell, age 55, of Plymouth, passed away on December 8, 2014 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Fond du Lac on June 12, 1959 son of the late Norman and Mildred (Pfieffer) Buell.

He attended Campbellsport Grade Schools and graduated from Campbellsport High School.

In July of 2004 he married Jeannie Fischer in Plymouth.

During his working career he worked for Van Wyks Inc. for several years until October of 2011 until his health prevented him from working any longer. In his free time Jim enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his loving wife Jeannie of Plymouth, a son Colton Buell of Plymouth, a step son Dylan Maas of San Diego, CA, a step daughter Kristine Maas of Plymouth, six brothers Norman Buell Jr. of Fond du Lac, Daniel Buell of New Holstein, Frank (Charlotte) Buell of Greenbush, Tom Buell of Eden, Ray (Kris) Buell of Fond du Lac, William Buell of Eden, three sisters Carol Cross of Fond du Lac, Betty (Wayne) Meyer of Fredonia and Al- ice (Steve) Buehner of Eden.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Tyler Buell, a brother Vernon Buell, and three sisters Joan Buell, Judy Buell, and Jane Merten.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Schneider Funeral Home (123 South Street) in Plymouth with the Rev. Lorri Steward officiating. Cremation will take place after the service. Friends may call on Saturday at the funeral home from 11 AM until the time of service.
