Geometry students create children’s book

Submitted photo Submitted photo Plymouth High School student Alyssa Gilbert shares a book she and her geometry classmates created with students at Horizon Elementary School. Plymouth High School geometry students created a children’s book and read it to several elementary classes. The book was the final project of a reasoning/logic unit in Dawn Krebsbach’s extended geometry classes. Educational specialist teacher Kay Hannes also helped with the project. Students shared their book with Kevin Jahnke’s kindergarten class and Rebecca Sippel’s second-grade class at Fairview Elementary School; and Sue Smith’s and Janel Eernisse kindergarten classes at Horizon Elementary School.
