A male juvenile was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Sheboygan County Juvenile Detention Center.

David L. Bergemann, 26, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of THC (marijuana), felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Tuesday, Jan. 20.

The charges stem from a traffic stop conducted by an officer with the city of Sheboygan Police Department on North 14th St. in the city of Sheboygan on Friday, Jan. 16.

The Class I felony possession of THC (marijuana) and cocaine second and subsequent offense each carry a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

The court may also suspend Bergemann’s driver’s license for not less than six months or more than five years, if convicted.
