JAMES A. “JIM” MOELLER

James A. “Jim” Moeller, 77, of Cascade, WI passed away late Thursday evening (Jan. 29, 2015) after a courageous battle with cancer and kidney failure surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on May 25, 1937 in West Allis, WI, a son of the late Leo and Edna (Londo) Moeller.

Jim entered the U.S. Air Force at the age of 17 where he served for 26 years including a tour of duty in Vietnam.

On September 7, 1957, he married Joyce Whiston in Nottingham, England.

The couple lived in England, Germany and Seattle, Washington for 20 years and since 2000, in Cascade.

Jim enjoyed camping, bowling, fishing and traveling. His number one joy was spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children: Beverly (Neil) Suemnicht of Plymouth, Stephen (Renee) Moeller of Campbellsport, Rebecca Moeller of Plymouth; three grandchildren: Ryan (Aubree) Ralph of Fond du Lac, WI, Jesse Moeller of Fort Wayne, IN, Amber Moeller of Campbellsport two great granddaughters: Aria Ralph Kayleigh Moeller

He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years: Joyce Moeller and many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday (Feb. 4th) at 6:30 P.M. at Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Father Wayne Bittner will officiate. Cremation will follow the services and inurnment will be in the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.

Friends may call at the Suchon Funeral Home on Wednesday (Feb. 4) from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Jim’s name for the American Cancer Society.

The Plymouth VFW World Cheese Center Post #5612 will conduct military rites following the services at the Suchon Funeral Home.
