Julie A. Wagner, 32, of Plymouth,WI. went into the arms of the Lord on Sunday, Feb. 15, at Froedtert Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee following complications of cystic fibrosis.

She was born on September 10, 1982 in Sheboygan, WI, the daughter of Don and Anna (Schwantes) Anderson.

Julie attended St. John the Baptist Grade School and graduated from Plymouth High School in 2001.She continued her education at UW-Madison and graduated in December 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders and graduated in May 2008 with a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology.

On March 26, 2011, she married Erik Wagner at St. Isadore Church in Saint Cloud.

She worked for the Manitowoc School District for 2 years and then in the Sheboygan School District where she was currently at James Madison Elementary School.

Her passion was teaching and working with children and spending time with her family, many friends and her canine companion Sconni.

Julie never allowed cystic fibrosis to define her. Julie will always be remembered for her incredible courage, strength, and positive-loving spirit.

We would like to give a special thank you to Doctor Julie Biller and the many Froedtert staff that cared for her.

Survivors include her husband: Erik Wagner of Plymouth; parents: Don and Anna Anderson of Plymouth; one brother: Eric (Katie) Anderson of Plymouth; niece and nephew: Alice and Ryan Anderson; mother and father-in-law: Earl and Kathi Wagner of Plymouth; two brothers-in-law: Brent (Rebecca) Wagner of Streamwood, IL and their children: Sydney and Dixon and Chad (Nicole) Wagner of Plymouth and their children: Ella and Keaton and Erik’s grandparents: Bernice and Jerome Quella of Plymouth and Elizabeth and Wilbert Wagner of Glenbeulah.

She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Philip and Telona Anderson and maternal grandparents: Alphonse and Alice Schwantes.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 21, at 2:30 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Father Wayne Bittner will officiate. Cremation has taken place.

Friends may call at the Suchon Funeral Home on Saturday morning (Feb. 21st) from 10:30 A.M. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials to be made in Julie’s name for the Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation.
