Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department issued a 17-year-old male an ordinance violation for disorderly conduct, following a disturbance in the 200 block of Hillcrest Court.

SFPD officers are conducting a fraud investigation in the 300 block of Buffalo Street.

The SFPD is conducting a theft investigation in the 100 block of Crocker Avenue.

***

SFPD officers are carrying out a fraud investigation in the 100 block of Guilford Street.

The SFPD conducted a check welfare investigation in the 700 block of Woodview Avenue.

The SFPD assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with an investigation in the 700 block of Wilson Avenue.

An adult male and adult female were issued municipal citations for disorderly conduct for a previous disturbance occurring on Feb. 21, in the 600 block of Monroe Street.

The SFPD conducted a disturbance investigation in the 400 block of Giddings Avenue.

Both parties were warned and released.

A 22-year-old man was arrested and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and bail jumping, following a reported disturbance and physical altercation in the 600 block of North Main Street.

A second 22-year-old man was also arrested and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention center on misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct.

James H. Friend, 53, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth of- fense) in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Friday, March 6.

The Class H felony operating a motor vehicle (fifth or sixth offense) charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, imprisonment of six years, or both, if convicted.

Kayla A. Johnson, 27, of Waldo was charged with felony possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, March 2.

The Class I felony possession of narcotic drugs charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six month, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia charges each carry fines of not more than $500, or imprisonment of 30 days, or both, if convicted.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Department responded to the following emergency calls March 2 through March 9.

• 900 block of Broadway Street

• 100 block Evans Court

• 700 block of Western Avenue

• 500 block of Wild Goose Lane

• 300 block of Buffalo Street
