Try classes before you commit

Plymouth School District Community Education and Recreation again will offer a Sample Week featuring popular fitness classes, so people can try them before they commit for the summer.

“This is your chance to see which classes are right for you,” said Clayton Moore, recreation and fitness coordinator.

During Sample Week, to be held March 23 to 27 during Spring Break, those interested can participate in a class, meet instructors and ask questions. Samples are free, but class sizes are limited so you must sign up to attend; no drop-ins are allowed.

Fitness classes available during Sample Week:

Core & Tone: 4:15 to 5 p.m. Monday

H.I.I.T.: 7:15 to 8 p.m. Monday

Boot Camp: 5:15 to 6 p.m. Tuesday

Pilates: 4:15 to 5 p.m. Wednesday

Aquatic classes available during Sample Week:
