UW-S schedules Earth Day events

The University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan invites the Sheboygan community to celebrate Earth Day (a day later) Thursday, April 23, to raise awareness of our environment, conservation and health lifestyles.

Multiple educational and entertaining activities have been planned on the campus, offering faculty, staff, students and the community a variety of opportunities to learn more about agricultural science, healthy eating, relaxation, and more starting at noon. All activities, except the UW-Sheboygan Spring MUSE Concert, are free and require no tickets.

The day’s activities have been coordinated by the UW-Sheboygan Music Department, in conjunction with the Student Life Department.

UW-Sheboygan is located at One University Drive in Sheboygan. Take Taylor Drive to University Drive, just south of Indiana Avenue. Follow University Drive to either East or West parking lots. Follow campus signage to appropriate buildings.

A schedule of activities is below and is available on the UW-Sheboygan Facebook page (search UW-Sheboygan Campus) and at sheboygan. uwc.edu. For more information on specific activities, please contact Dr. Christy Talbott at Christy.talbott@uwc.edu.
