A large contingent of downtown businesses will again be participating in Date Nite festivities, which run from 4-9 p.m.

Nine local restaurants and saloons be offering a wide array of dinner-for-two and drink specials geared to couples seeking to enjoy a night on the town.

Participating restaurants and saloons include:

Bread & Bean Eatery, 107 Pine St. (pretzel-crusted chicken for two dinner for $19.95 [dine-in only]; white sangria drink special; drawing for a bottle of wine).

Catalunya Restaurant, 124 Pine St. (two entrees and a bottle of wine $30).

Falls Firehouse Pizza, 109 Maple St. (candlelight dinner for two upstairs special-any two pasta dinners or a large pizza with salad, bread and dessert with soft drinks $25 per couple or with bottle of wine or beer of choice $35 per couple).

Parkview Family Restaurant, 813 Monroe St. (Jaeger schnitzel-hand-cut, breaded pork loin topped with a rich mushroom gravy $7.99, includes soup or salad and dessert).

The Point Drive-In, 636 Leavens Ave. (BBQ ribs, choice of potato, salad, coleslaw or baked beans and cup of soup, $13.99).

The Bull, One Long Drive ($5 bottle of house wine with two dinner entrees or bottle of house wine with two all-you-can-eat pasta specials).

The Osthelder Saloon, 513 Broadway St. ($1 off a glass of wine, free shuffleboard).

Twisted Restaurant & Bar, W2873 County Road C (dinner special-buy one entree, get the second entree 25 percent off; drink special-half bottle of house wine).

Wolf’s Dairy Queen, 1005 Fond Du Lac Ave. (buy one, get one free on royal treats).
