Pinwheels of awareness








The GFWC Plymouth Woman’s Club joined a nationwide effort to mark April as Prevent Child Abuse Month last week by planting a pinwheel garden at the Generations center, with the help of children from Head Start and Growing Generations Child Care Center. Pinwheels for Prevention is a nationwide effort to increase awareness of child abuse and promote prevention efforts, using pinwheels as a symbol of childlike notions and to stand for the chance at healthy, happy and full lives that all children deserve.
