Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department took a male juvenile into custody on charges of operating an automobile without owner’s consent and obstructing an officer in the 900 block of North Main Street last week.

SFPD officers conducted a check welfare investigation in the 900 block of Broadway Street.

Officers with the SFPD mediated a custody dispute in the 200 block of Crestwood Drive.

An adult male was warned for disorderly conduct following a disturbance in the 700 block of Pine Street.

The SFPD conducted a check welfare investigation in the 200 block of North Main Street.

An adult male was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of operating an automobile under the influence of intoxicants in the 500 block of Water Street.

SFPD officers investigated a violation of a temporary restraining order in the 1500 block of Falcon Way.

Charges were referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office.

An adult male was arrested for first offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants at the corner of Buffalo and Broadway streets.

The SFPD conducted a trespassing investigation in the 300 block of Mill Street.

The SFPD investigated suspicious circumstances in the 1600 block of Killdeer Court.

An adult male was warned for illegal burning in the 100 block of Wisconsin Street.

An adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on a misdemeanor charge of fleeing an officer in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult female received an ordinance citation for issuance of a worthless check in the 1000 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

The SFPD carried out a check welfare investigation in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

An adult male was arrested for first offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants in the 600 block of Leavens Avenue.

Matthew R. Watts, 31, of Waldo was charged with misdemeanor battery, criminal damage to property, operating a motor vehicle while revoked (first offense) and bail jumping last week in Sheboygan County Circuit Court.

The charges stem from an alleged assault in the village of Waldo on Saturday, March 14.

The Class A misdemeanor battery, criminal damage to property and bail jumping charges each carry a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while revoked charge carries a fine of not more than $2,500, or not more than one year in the county jail, or both, if convicted.
