County blood drive planned

Justin Young, a Greenfield, Wis., firefighter and paramedic, has made a career out of saving lives. The same can be said of blood donors like George Lavoie. He doesn’t rush into burning buildings, but he, too, is a life saver. George, a retired account manager from Germantown, Wis., donates blood regularly, knowing he is making a profound and positive impact on patients in his own community and beyond.

Like Lavoie, blood donors in Sheboygan County can help patients in need at BloodCenter of Wisconsin’s upcoming blood drives.
