Shelly M. LaBine, age 43, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away tragically on May 6, 2015.

She was born on April 11, 1972, a daughter of Karl and Teresita (Lomibao) LaBine.

She graduated from Kiel High School in 1990 and then served in the United States Navy from 1990-1996 as an electronics technician.

She then attended Troy State University in Montgomery, AL from 1998-2002, graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor degree in accounting and she was a member of the Fraternity of Gamma Beta Phi.

Shelly worked from 2002-2011 as an accountant for the State of Alabama Retirement Systems. She was presently working for Saft America Inc. as manager of customer service/ contract administration since 2012.

She enjoyed riding her motorcycle and spending time with friends, her loving daughter and all her activities. She loved being with family and friends and her association with her church.

Those she leaves behind to cherish her loving memory are: her daughter: Kaya of Jacksonville, FL; her mother Teresita and stepfather Pilip Talbert of Montgomery, AL; her father: Karl LaBine of Sheboygan Falls; brothers and sisters: Cherie LaBine-Martin of Montgomery, Al, Shawn LaBine (close friend: Lindsey Pfrang) of Greenbush, WI, Shannon LaBine of Oregon, WI, half-brother: USMC Sargent Pilip Talbert II, (his wife Crystal) of San Diego, CA, step sister: Genai Talbert of Chicago IL, Debra Talbert of Detroit, MI,

Also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives of the Lomibao and LaBine familys.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Clayton and Dorothy LaBine, and daughter: Britney.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (May 12) at 5:30 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Dale Miller will officiate. Cremation will follow the service and inurnment will be in Waldo Cemetery at a later date.

Friends may call at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth on Tuesday from 3:30 until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name for her daughter Kaya. The VFW World Cheese Center Post #5612 will conduct military rites following the services at the funeral home on Tuesday evening.
