MPTV show at Generations

As we age, it becomes more important to care for our minds, bodies and spirits. That is the center of discussion in Plymouth Wednesday, May 27.

Milwaukee Public Television (MPTV) host Mark Siegrist and a panel of experts will hold a Community Conversation on how to improve the quality of life and encourage appreciation after the age of 50.

This free, public event will be held at Generations, an Intergenerational Center, at 1500 Douglas Dr. in Plymouth. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the program begins at 6 p.m. It is part of MPTV’s Next Avenue Community Conversation series.

Joining Siegrist will be Fred Brown, Generations staff and retired educator/recreation director of Sheboygan Falls School District; Dr. Dan Francis, Generations staff; and Joe Walter, psychotherapist and yoga teacher, and ad hoc faculty member at the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.
