Living well clinics planned

People with chronic health issues can learn simple tools to improve their quality of life through an upcoming workshop: Living Well with Chronic Conditions. The workshop, created at Stanford University, empowers those living with conditions like arthritis, heart disease, asthma, stroke, pain, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, emphysema, cancer or other conditions and helps them take control of their situation through:

The workshop meets for 2 hours, for six weeks, on Thursdays, July 30-September 3 from 6-8:30 pm at Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, 2629 N. 7th Ave. Sheboygan in the Sea Breeze Conference Room.

You are welcome to bring a friend, relative, or caregiver to the sessions.

The workshop is free with the option to purchase the $20 handbook, “Living a Healthy Life with a Chronic Condition.”
