Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department assisted with a bicycle accident in which a juvenile female sustained nonlife threatening head injuries in the 300 block of North Main Street.

The girl was transported to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee for treatment.

An adult female was issued a citation for underage consumption of alcohol in the 200 block of Shelly Drive.

An adult male was issued an ordinance traffic citation for following too closely, following an injury motor vehicle accident on North Main Street at Crocker Avenue.

SFPD officers issued a warning for disorderly conduct to an adult male, following a harassment investigation in the 300 block of Buffalo Street.

An adult male was taken into custody for active arrest warrants, following a traffic stop on Range Line Road at State 23.

The SFPD is conducting a criminal damage to property investigation in the 400 block of Spruce Street.

An adult male was warned for disorderly conduct, following a verbal disturbance on Broadway Street at Monroe Street.

Officers with the SFPD assisted with a gas main rupture on State Street at Prospective Avenue.

Alec R. Bintner, 18, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of THC (marijuana) and misdemeanor obstructing an officer in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Thursday, Aug. 13.

The arrest was made after an SFPD officer located Bintner in a restroom at River Park.

The Class I felony possession of THC charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor obstructing an officer charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

Adam J. Wilke, 27, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony hit-and-run and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a revoke license in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Thursday, Aug. 14.

The charges stem from a hitand run motor vehicle crash that took place at the corner of State 32 and County J in the town of Sheboygan.

The felony hit-an-run charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, convicted.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license charge carries a fine of not more than $2,500 or imprisonment of not more than one year in the county jail, or both, if convicted.
