Police Report

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department issued ordinance citations to an adult male and adult female for loitering in Rochester Park after hours in the 700 block of Hickory Street.

An adult female was jailed on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct while armed and a second adult female was jailed on misdemeanor charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic violence related following a physical disturbance in the 100 block of York Street.

An adult male received misdemeanor citations for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of State 32 and State 28.

The SFPD is conducting a fraud investigation in the 700 block of Acacia.

***

The SFPD is carrying out a theft investigation on Spruce Street.

***

The SFPD is conducting a theft investigation in the 500 block of Giddings Avenue.

***

The SFPD is carrying out a harassment investigation in the 800 block of Willow Drive.

An adult female was issued an ordinance citation for serving alcoholic beverages after hours in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

An adult female was warned for disorderly conduct following a harassment investigation in the 200 block of Shelly Drive.

***

An adult female was warned for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Short Street.

***

An adult male was taken into custody on criminal charges of third offense operating an automobile while under the influence of intoxicants and issued a city ordinance violation for an open container of intoxicants in a vehicle at the corner of Broadway Street and State 28.

Jamie L. Bradford, 36, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conductuse of a dangerous weapon in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Wednesday, Sept. 2.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct-use of a dangerous weapon charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

Steven L. Kasper, 23, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony bail jumping in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The Class H felony bail jumping charge includes a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The Sheboygan Falls Police Department responded to the following rescue calls between Aug. 31 and Sept. 7.
