Senior vehicle inspections offered

The Plymouth Police Department along with the Plymouth High School Automotive Program will be sponsoring the 19th annual free vehicle inspection project for disabled persons and senior citizens over 60 years of age.

The inspections will be done at the Plymouth High School Auto Tech Department on the north end of the school (follow the signs), 125 S. Highland Ave., Plymouth, on Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 8–11:30 a.m.

The vehicle check includes fluid levels, wipers, belts, hoses, batteries, tires, and lighting system.

The program is intended to provide peace of mind for seniors and disabled persons who may fear being taken advantage of if their vehicle breaks down while traveling away from home. It also lets you know if your vehicle is ready to handle the upcoming winter months.

To register call the Plymouth Police Department at (920) 893-6541.
