Trick-or-treating - not singing - in the rain

Umbrellas, raincoats and boots were necessary additions to the usual array of costumes Saturday as trick-or-treaters took the streets of cities and villages throughout the county for Halloween.

In Elkhart Lake, off and on drizzle didn’t deter the costumed hordes from making their rounds of the village streets, collecting goodies and taking in the scary decorations in yards and on houses.
