Plymouth woman honored by FFA

Over 65,000 students, advisors, and guests attended the convention.

The award is given to those who advance agricultural education and FFA through outstanding personal commitment. Neu served as the executive director of the Wisconsin Association of Agricultural Educators for the last 12 years. Recently, she left that position to join Pleasant View Realty in Plymouth. She is a lifetime member of the National and Wisconsin FFA Alumni Associations and is active with the Plymouth FFA Alumni Chapter. Neu also believes in the importance of working with and supporting local FFA and agricultural education students.

Originally from Westby, she was a member of the Westby FFA Chapter and served as vice-president of the Wisconsin Association of FFA prior to attending UW-River Falls to receive a degree in Agricultural Education.

Neu was presented the award at a ceremony Friday, Oct. 30, in Louisville. All recipients receive a medal and their names are permanently recorded.
