Frightening fun

by Verla Peichl Falls News Correspondent

Sheboygan Falls residents are known for having fun, but Halloween at dusk proved that observation to be more than just true.

The streets were humming with every type of creature or person, alive or otherwise, that one could imagine.

One group of trick or treaters came from Sheboygan and they said, “We go where the candy is.”

I didn’t dare aggravate most of the tricksters because it was obvious they were on a mission and I didn’t want to be deemed a missing person or be turned into some sort of werewolf, or end up in an unknown cemetery.

One thing was certain, there was a lot laughter and chatter.

There was also lots of admiring of the “decorated” homes, and I use that term loosely because of their highly unique appearance.

The Rotter family that recently moved back to Sheboygan falls from Chicago was also joining into the fun as though they had never left.
