Youth Theater auctions raise $3,100 for PAC

Ken Pannier photo The Plymouth Arts Center was the recent recipient of “live auction” bidding and donations amounting to $3,100 from individuals supporting the cast of JINGLE ALL THE WAY! for caroling at Christmas events this past December.

Each evening of The Youth Theatre Company shows, Bill and Nick Cain auctioned off one performance to the highest bidder with all donations supporting the ongoing Visual and Performing Arts presented year round at the PAC.

Donors included Dr. Roger Siegert, through the Barbara Siegert Memorial Fund in Barbara’s name. Also donations were made by Jim and Michelle Marshall, Drs. Dan and Jean Francis and Louie and Paula Gentine. The cast performed Christmas songs and dances at 2 private family Christmas parties, Rocky Knoll and The Sharon Richardson Hospice.

The Plymouth Arts Center, under the direction of Donna Hahn, is grateful for the support from these donors enabling them to continue to present enriching Arts experiences for the community.

The Youth Theatre Company, under the direction of Tim and Patty Talen, and recently performing at the PAC has presented familyoriented plays and musicals since 1988 including, Aesops Fables, Go H2O, Badger Tales, Cartunes, Feelin’ Groovy, Scrooge, Rhythm and Rhyme, and Jingle All The Way, to name a few.
