Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at the Plymouth Arts Center with “Shamrocks & Shenanigans10, An Irish Music Show” directed by Plymouth’s own Irish Lass, Ms. Mary Calvey.

Now in our 10th year, this everpopular show has become an annual Irish musical tradition at the Plymouth Arts Center. The show focuses on a wide selection of Irish melodies, including ballads and pub songs, Irish Dancing, and humor. This year’s talented musicians include: Mary Calvey (Plymouth), director, on vocals and bodhran; Amy Otis-Wilborn (Port Washington) on fiddle; Steve Vogt (Grafton) on Irish tenor banjo, guitar, mandolin, ukulele, harmonica and vocals; Roger Cass (Cedarburg) on guitar; Daphne Reindl (Kiel) on vocals; Arlene Willman (Random Lake) on autoharp, Bill Rathman (Elkhart Lake) on string bass; Nan Price (Grafton) on guitar and vocals and Laura Van Maaren (Oostburg) on tin whistle, fiddle and vocals.

Bring your friends and family members and listen to such beloved Irish songs as “When Irish Eyes Are Smiling and “I’ll Take You Home Again, Kathleen.” Clap your hands and stomp your feet to such energetic tunes as “Red-Haired Boy” and “John Ryan.” Watch the amazing footwork of beautiful Irish Dancers. Laugh at good clean Irish jokes. Enjoy some Irish beer at the cash bar. Shamrocks & Shenanigans 10 is generously sponsored by Midstar Printing, Meyer Motors, 20/20 Visions-Dr. Sharon Roberts and Dr. Brad Wicklund, and Plymouth Piggly Wiggly.
