Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department provided assistance in a landlord-tenant dispute in the 500 block of Pine Street.

SFPD officers investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 200 block of Forest Avenue.

Officers with the SFPD responded to a traffic accident at the corner of State 28 and Broadway Street.

SFPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the corner of State 28 and Paradise Lane.

Upon investigation, an adult male was arrested for operating with a detectable amount of a restricted substance and was issued ordinance citations for possession of THC (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A second adult male was arrested for possession of THC and issued an ordinance citation for underage alcohol consumption.

SFPD officers responded to a traffic accident in the 100 block of Columbine Lane.

An adult female was arrested for violation of the absolute sobriety law, following a traffic stop at the corner of State 32 and Van Engen Court.

A second adult female received an ordinance citation for underage alcohol consumption.

An adult male was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center, following a traffic stop at the intersection of Giddings Street and Amherst Avenue.

SFPD officers responded to a report of a missing sewer grate causing a safety concern in the 500 block of Broadway Street.

Upon investigation, the grate was recovered and an adult male was issued an ordinance citation.

An adult female was arrested for domestic violence, battery and disorderly conduct in the 1060 block of North Main Street and transported to the Sheboygan county Detention Center.

The adult female was also on probation with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, which also placed a probation hold on her.

An adult male was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at the corner of North Main Street and Englewood Court.

An adult male was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant in the 400 block of Forest Boulevard and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center.

An adult male received a citation for possession of THC in the 400 block of Forest Boulevard.

Devin M. Henry, 30, of Sheboygan Falls was charged two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor obstructing an officer, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor disorderly conduct in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Wednesday, Feb. 17.

The charges stem from an alleged stabbing incident in the city of Sheboygan on Oct. 30, 2015.

The Class H felony bail jumping charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The two counts of Class A misdemeanor obstructing an officer and bail jumping each carry a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than nine months, or both, if convicted.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

Henry was also charged with another count of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of THC (marijuana) in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

The charges stem from an incident in the city of Sheboygan on Saturday, Feb. 13.

The misdemeanor possession of THC charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both, if convicted.

Kyle A. Luedtke, 21, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Feb. 16.

The Class I felony possession of narcotic drugs charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

Hanna N. Simonelli, 18, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Tuesday, Feb. 16.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge carries a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.
