HOWARD A. LISOWE

Howard A. “Howie” Lisowe, 72, of Plymouth, WI passed away Monday afternoon February 29, 2016 at the Atrium Post Acute Care in Plymouth.

He was born on August 24, 1943 in Plymouth, WI, a son of the late Henry and Audrey (Feldmann) Lisowe.

He attended Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Grade School and graduated from Elkhart Lake High School in 1961.

Howie served in the United States Navy from 1961-1967.

On December 4, 1976 he married Beatrice “Bea”Kornetzke at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Plymouth.

He worked for Donny Mullin Excavating in Crystal Lake and then at Sheboygan Concrete in Sheboygan Falls where he worked for 30 years retiring in 2006.

He was a member of EWSCA for many years.

Howie loved woodworking and tinkering around with everything he could. He loved spending time with his family and spent many hours at the Bar-B-Que Restaurant in Plymouth.

Survivors include his wife: Beatrice of Plymouth; six children: Julie (Russell) Zimmermann of Sheboygan Falls, Kim (Mark) Logan of New Holstein, Jamie Behr (Fiancee Julia Crawford) of Plymouth, Angela (Dan) Krinn of Germantown, Tony Krelle of AL and Henry (Amanda) Lisowe of Plymouth; 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; one sister: Janet (Bernard) Schmitt of Elkhart Lake; brothers and sisters-in-law: Germaine (Melvin) Faust of Kiel, Gladys Kornetzke of Kiel, Larry (Mary Lou) Kornetzke of Plymouth, Jean Kornetzke of Plymouth.

He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter: Shelly Behr; one brother in-law: Gordon Kornetzke.

Following Howie’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday evening March 4, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Father Wayne Bittner will offi ciate. Military Rites will be held by the Plymouth VFW World Cheese Center Post #5612 following the services at the funeral home on Friday evening.

Visitation will be at the Suchon Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. on Friday until the time of services.

A memorial fund is being established in Howie’s name.
