Youth art honored

The halls at the Generations intergenerational center became an art gallery Thursday night when the Plymouth Woman’s Club marked Youth Art Month by announcing the winners of their Helen Mears Farnsworth Art Contest. In addition to selecting artwork of seventh- and eighth-graders that will advance to district and state competition, the evening also included selections by Plymouth Mayor Donald Pohlman (below left), State Rep. Tyler Vorpagel (below right) and State Sen. Devin LeMahieu of their personal choices to be displayed at City Hall and in the legislators’ Madison offices.
