Oficers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department conducted a fraud investigation in the 1000 block of Falls Parc.

SFPD officers carried out a hitand run investigation in the 300 block of Pine Street.

Officers with the SFPD conducted a fraud investigation in the 400 block of Western Avenue.

SFPD officers carried out a harassment investigation in the 500 block of Golden Oak.

***

Officers with the SFPD conducted a check welfare investigation in the 800 block of Detroit Street.

The SFPD investigated a theft of credit card and fraudulent use of credit card in the 100 block of Fourth Street.

An adult male was issued a warning for disorderly conduct, following a reported disturbance in the 200 block of Shelly Drive.

An adult male received an ordinance citation forfirst offense operating an automobile under the influence of intoxicants on County C.

***

SFPD officers conducted a criminal damage to property investigation in the 900 block of Fond Du Lac Avenue.

An adult female was taken into custody and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center on active arrest warrants in the 800 block of Detroit Street.

Randall G. DeBlaey, 32 of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of THC (marijuana) and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated second offense in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The charged stem from a traffic stop in the city of Sheboygan on Wednesday, April 13.

The Class I felony possession of THC charge carries afine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if con- victed.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while intoxicatedsecond offense charge carries a fine of not less than $350, or more than $1,100 and imprisonment of not less thanfive days, or more than six months, if convicted.

In addition, if convicted, De- Blaey’s driver’s license will be revoked for not than than one year, or more than 18 months, and he will need to comply with alcohol and drug abuse assessment.
