Date Nite in Sheboygan Falls is here

Love will be in the air this Thursday, April 21, as Sheboygan Falls Chamber-Main Street presents its ninth annual Date Nite event.

Twenty-one downtown businesses will offer various specials, sales, discounts, prizes and giveaways as part of the Date Nite festivities, which run from 5-9 p.m.

A total of 10 local restaurants and saloons will feature a wide selection of romance-themed dinnerfor two and drink specials geared to couples enjoying a night out.

Participating restaurants and saloons include:

Bread & Bean Eatery, 107 Pine St. (pretzel-crusted chicken for two dinner special; white sangria drink special; Carolina popcorn pork with three sauces featured menu item; drawing for two dine-in-only lunches; Moscow Mule happy hour 4-6 p.m.).

Cap’s Tap, 118 Pine St. (happy hour 4-7 p.m.; $3 glass of wine drink special; complimentary glass of champagne).

Catalunya Restaurant, 124 Pine St. (two entrees, soup or salad and a bottle of wine $49.95).

Champion’s Restaurant at The Bull, One Long Drive (open 4-9 p.m.) half-price brick-oven pizza dinner special, $4 Door County wine drink special).

Falls Firehouse Pizza, 109 Maple St. (candlelight dinner for two special featuring any entree with salad, bread, dessert and soft drinks $25 per couple, with bottle of wine or beer (pitcher) of choice $35 per couple; large pizza drawing.)

Jamin’ Olive Grill, backside of Catalunya Restaurant (buy one sandwich, get one sandwich half off dinner special; all bottled beer $2.50).

The Point Drive-In, 636 Leavens Ave. (two spaghetti dinners and two large sodas $10 dinner special 4-7 p.m. only).

The Osthelder Saloon, 513 Broadway St. ($1 off a glass of wine, free jukebox and shuffleboard).

Twisted Restaurant & Bar, W2873 County Road C (half price appetizers with purchase of two entrees or $6 bottle of house wine with purchase of two entrees)..

Wolf’s Dairy Queen, 1005 Fond Du Lac Ave. (buy one, get one free royal treats; drawing for Dairy Queen cake).

Broadway Popcorn, 505 Broadway St. (speciality six-pack sampler including chocolate-drizzled popcorn for $19.95; free gourmet popcorn samples).

Buehler Furniture, 503 Broadway St. (spring clearance sale; in-store drawing for Buehler wine and chocolates; La-Z-Boy and Marshfield furniture featured products).

Depke Shoe Store, 105 Pine St. (15-percent off all regular-priced shoes; drawing for $25 gift card).
