Elaine E. Wittkopp, 82, a resident of the Shores of Sheboygan passed away there on Saturday, June 4, 2016. on September 3,

Elaine was born 1933 in Plymouth. She attended schools in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1951. On November 20, 1954 she was united in marriage to Warren Wittkopp. They resided in California and New Holstein before settling in Sheboygan in 1959. Warren preceded her in death in February of 1974. Elaine had been employed for many years with Hayssen and later at Plymouth Oil. She enjoyed playing cards and with her husband Warren was active in various card clubs. She also enjoyed spending time at the family cabin in Crivitz.

Elaine was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Elaine is survived by her daughter: Cheryl Savon of Sheboygan; her son: Dale (Connie) Wittkopp of Plymouth and two grandchildren: Heather (Peter) Rathsack of St. Nazianz and Bradley (Caroline) Savon of St. Petersburg, Florida. Along with her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and stepmother.

A funeral service for Elaine will be held 3 p.m., Thursday, June 9 at Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. William Rishel officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home, 123 South Street, Plymouth on Thursday afternoon from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m.
