The Plymouth Arts Center will be hosting the Plymouth show Saturday, July 23, at 7 p.m. in the Plymouth High Auditorium and is very proud of “Plymouth Kid” Alex Turicik who will playing guitar in the band.

Tickets for general seating ranging from $10 to $15 plus tax are on sale now at the Plymouth Arts Center, 520 E. Mill St., Plymouth, online:, or call (920) 892-8409. The Plymouth Show is sponsored by Sargento.

The Kids from Wisconsin also invite community youth to share in their love of performing with a free afternoon outreach program. This brief hands on program, “Realize Your Dream” is designed for children 7 to 13 years of age and will be held the same day from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Those interested in attending are encouraged to pre-register with the Plymouth Arts Center: email:, or online.

The KIDS are embodying this year’s tour theme, “Sing!” borrowed from the same-titled song by two-time Grammy winning a capella group Pentatonix. The lyrics tell listeners to “Get up and dance, just feel that beat and sing it” - and that is what the KIDS are ready to do this tour season.

Executive Director Tina Weiss said “It is a gift to be able to bring the KIDS to their hometowns to ‘Sing!’ Having a hometown KID in the Kids from Wisconsin is very exciting for these communities, and something to be proud of. Enjoying and participating in the KIDS experience has had a positive impact on the lives of our 900 alumni and the nearly 5 million audience members inspired by our performances for nearly 50 years.”

33 of Wisconsin’s most talented youth, along with 10 camp alternates, were chosen during statewide auditions in February. The troupe is comprised of 20 singers/ dancers and a 13-piece show band.

The Kids from Wisconsin is part of an entertainment tradition created for Wisconsin’s talented youth back in 1969. Their formal introduction to performance was at the Wisconsin State Fair and opened for many high profile acts. Today, the pride and passion that enlightened that early music, lives on through a Kids from Wisconsin Revue.

Performing live annually for more than 120,000 across Wisconsin and the Midwest, the Kids from Wisconsin presents great entertainment with some of Wisconsin’s most talented performers ages 15-20. The revue is produced in collaboration with some of the country’s best writers, arrangers, and choreographers.

The KIDS maintain a broad repertoire of music that includes the American favorites, big band, 50’s- 80’s classics, Motown, country, Broadway and current top hits, filling a two hour fully staged performance.

The Kids from Wisconsin tour began June 22 with their Premiere Performance held at Nathan Hale High School in West Allis. This performance will benefit “Realize Your Dream” - A Kids from Wisconsin Outreach Experience. The KIDS tour schedule is posted on the website:
