Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a suspicious complaint in the 3000 block of Old County Road PP.

Officers with the SFPD mediated a civil dispute mediated a civil dispute in the 100 block of Lexington Court.

SFPD officers investigated a missing juvenile complaint in the 1000 block of Green Acres Drive.

***

Officers with the SFPD investigated an active alarm in the 800 block of Monroe Street.

Upon investigation, nothing suspicious was located.

SFPD officers investigated a welfare check complaint in the 500 block of Washington Street.

An adult female was warned for disorderly conduct, following a disturbance in the 100 block of Short Street.

SFPD officers investigated a harassment phone call complaint in the 400 block of Jackson Street.

An adult male was warned.

Officers with the SFPD assisted the Kohler Police Department with a traffic incident at the corner of Fond Du Lac Avenue and Water Street.

SFPD officers investigated a fraud complaint in the 300 block of Buffalo Street.

***

Officers with the SFPD investigated a missing juvenile complaint in the 1000 block of Green Acres Drive.

The Sheboygan Falls Police Department assisted the Department of Public Works with a road hazard incident in the 300 block of Cambridge Court.

SFPD officers investigated a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at the corner of Broadway and Elm streets.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident at the corner of Monroe and Broadway streets.

***

SFPD officers were called to investigate a disturbance between a male and female subject. A follow up investigation of the incident continues.

Officers with the SFPD investigated a damage-to-property complaint in the 400 block of Monroe Street.

A juvenile was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Sheboygan County Juvenile Detention Center, following a disturbance between a male and a juvenile in the 100 block of Rochester

Drive.

SFPD officers investigated a suspicious incident in the 400 block of Giddings Avenue.

***

An adult female was warned for disorderly conduct for an alleged disturbance in the the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

***

Officers with the SFPD investigated a traffic incident at the intersection of Broadway and Maple streets. An adult female was arrested for absolute sobriety.

***

SFPD officers assisted the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department with a two-vehicle injury motor vehicle accident at the intersection of State 23 and County TT.

***

An adult male was arrested for fourth offense felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at the corner of Buffalo and Walnut streets and transported to the Sheboygan County Detention Center.

***

Two female adults were warned for disorderly conduct, following a disturbance in the 200 block of Kay Avenue.

***

Officers with the SFPD investigated a threats complaint in the 300 block of Poplar Street.

The Sheboygan Falls Police Department assisted the Department of Public Works with a road hazard incident in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

The Sheboygan Falls Rescue Squad responded to the following calls between July 18 and July 25.

* 1000 block of Mallard Lane

* 200 block of Shelly Drive.

* 600 block of Leavens Avenue

* 500 block of Golden Oak

* 200 block of Pine Haven Lane

* 100 block of Bryant Court

* 100 block of Mallard Avenue

* 100 block of Cedar Street

* 2000 block of Old County Road PP

* 100 block of Amherst Avenue

* 100 block of Crocker Avenue

* 200 block of Shelly Drive

The Sheboygan Falls Fire Department responded to the following calls between July 18 and July 25.

* 500 block of Giddings Avenue for smoke coming from a dryer.

* State 23 and County TT for assist with a motor vehicle accident.

* 2000 block of Old County Road PP for a false alarm.

* 500 block of Giddings Avenue for a false alarm set off by dishwasher.
