Nathan A. Passehl, 34, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony possession of THC (marijuana) with intent to deliver, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Tuesday, Aug. 9. fie charges stem from an investigation of Passehl’s residence at 720 Woodview Ave. Apt. 3 in Sheboygan Falls onthursday, Aug. 4, conducted by Sheboygan Falls Police Department officers in reference to a death of a 2-year-old boy.

The drugs were discovered as officers searched the residence following the death of Passehl’s girlfriend Katlyn Kinateder’s son Dexter.

Kinateder was charged in Sheboygan County Circuit Court on Monday, Aug. 8, with felonyfirst degree intentional homicide and and felony moving, hiding, burying the corpse of a child.

The Class I felony possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of THC charges against Passehl each carry afine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge against Passehl carries afine of not more than $500 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

Thomas A. Stone, 27, of Johnsonville was charged with misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without a license-second offense within three years, and misdemeanor obstructing and officer in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The charges stem from a traffic stop in the city of Sheboygan on Saturday, Aug. 6.

The misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle without a license charge carries afine of not more than $300, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both, if convicted.

Alec R. Bintner, 19, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with two counts of felony manufacturing and delivery of THC (marijuana) in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Aug. 8.

The Class I felony manufacturing and delivery of THC charges each include afine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

Leonardo P. Spatola, 24, of Sheboygan Falls was charged with felony battery to a law enforcement officer, felony escape, felony possession of cocaine,five counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor resisting an officer in Sheboygan County Circuit Court Monday, Aug. 8.

The charges stem from an incident during Brat Days at Kiwanis Park in Sheboygan on Friday, Aug. 5.

The Class H felony battery to a law enforcement officer, escape and bail jumping charges each carry afine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

The Class I felony possession of cocaine charge carries afine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than three years and six months, or both, if convicted.

The Class A misdemeanor resisting an officer charge carries a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than ninth months, or both, if convicted.

The Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge carries a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, if convicted.

Justin J. Pintor, 30, of Waldo was charged with felony operating a motor vehicle without the own- er’s consent in Sheboygan County Circuit Court last week.

The charge stems from a traffic stop in the town of Lima on Sunday, Aug. 7.The Class H felony operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent charge carries a Thne of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment of not more than six years, or both, if convicted.

Officers with the Sheboygan Falls Police Department investigated a disorderly conduct complaint in the 100 block of Chippewa Drive.

An adult male was issued citations for issuing worthless checks in the 500 block of Broadway Street.

An adult female was warned for misuse of 911 in the 100 block of Short Street.

SFPD officers investigated an illegal dumping complaint in the 100 block of Hamann Drive.

An adult female was issued traffic citations along with an ordinance citation for obstructing an officer at the corner of Broadway and Walnut streets.

An SFPD officer investigated and mediated a civil dispute between an adult male and a female in the 100 block of Short Street.

An adult male and female were warning for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Amherst Avenue.

SFPD officers, along with the K-9 unit, assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with a drug investigation in the 1800 block of Union Avenue in Sheboygan.

SFPD officers, along with the K-9 unit, assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with a drug investigation in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. .

SFPD officers, along with the K-9 unit, assisted the Sheboygan Police Department with a drug investigation at the corner of 14th Street and Indiana Avenue in Sheboygan.

SFPD officers, along with the K-9 unit, assisted with a drug investigation at the corner of Detroit Street and Pine Street.

An adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant and an adult female was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of Elm and Buffalo streets.
