Cancer patient benefit set

Tickets are now available for A Taste of Fall on Thursday, Sept. 15 at Lakeshore Culinary Institute in Sheboygan Thursday, Sept. 15 from 5:30-8 p.m.

The event features wine and beer paired with appetizers, as well as a silent auction and raffle. Raffle items include a fishing charter on Lake Michigan, Michael Kors purse, $200 money tree, package of local restaurant gift certificates worth $300, Whistling Straights golf package and a Green Bay Packers fan basket.

A Taste of Fall is hosted by the Partners of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, with proceeds benefitting cancer services at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital Regional Cancer Center.

“Last year, we were able to donate funds that helped local cancer patients during and after their treatments,” said Janet Anderson, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, Facilitator, Volunteer Services. “We’ve all had a friend or family member that has been affected by cancer and this fundraiser is one small way the Partners of HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital can help fight that battle.”
