I am completely happy with the play of our girls today,” said Panther head coach Peggy Huhn.

“Sophie Albert [senior outside hitter] had a heck of a day. She is so dynamic and has such great ball control. Emma Grapentine came through with some very clutch attacks when we needed them most.

“Carly Triebensee did a great job coming in on the right as well. Megan Goeser finally decided to own the net as a senior and it made such a difference,” said Huhn.

Damrow pointed out the keys to the Tigers’ win over South.

“We took them out of system a lot. We really executed our game plan, were in system and we went really fast,” he noted. “We won the first-touch battle.”
